If artwork was commissioned for PERSONAL USE, the client is not allowed to edit, print (for commercial use), distribute, sell and/or make any sort of monetary profit from it.

Artworks come with a signature/watermark. Editing it out is not allowed unless otherwise agreed upon. Credit must be given via @-ing or linking to my social media account(s) when posting the artwork publicly.

I retain full Intellectual Property rights to my artwork unless otherwise agreed upon.

Use of my artwork in the creation of NFTs and/or other cryptocurrencies, and in the creation/training of AI art is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork on my social media accounts, portfolio, commission samples, etc., unless otherwise agreed upon.

Covers, packaging & contents for materials including but not limited to: books, pamphlets, product packaging, booklets, cds, games, videogames, etc.

MVs, video thumbnails, content in videos/streaming, stream overlays, emotes, etc.

Social media promotions including but not limited to: icons, headers, banners, art used for celebrational and/or promotional posts, etc.

Promotional materials for online and/or offline events

Vtuber/pngtuber assets

Exclusive artwork only available via paywall, fanclubs, etc.

Reselling and/or distributing the artwork as merchandise including but not limited to: prints, posters, stickers, keychains, badges, folders, shirts, towels, figures, etc.

Payment accepted only via Paypal Invoice or Ko-Fi.

At least 50% down-payment will be needed to start on the final artwork. This payment can be made either upfront or after the initial rough sketch has been approved.

Full Resolution version of the finished piece will be given after receiving full payment.

Refunds will not be given in the event the client wishes to opt out of the commission after the lineart has been finalized.

An estimated time of completion for each stage of the commission (rough sketch, lineart, color) will be discussed before the start of each stage.

The client will be updated should there be any causes of delay in the completion of the commissioned artwork.

Minor revisions will be accepted throughout each stage of the artwork.

Revisions to the composition and/or pose(s) as a whole after the lineart stage will incur additional charges.

Direct Profit refers to the artwork being the main content being sold, such as Vtuber/pngtuber character designs, exclusive artwork only available via paywall/fanclubs, reselling and/or distributing the artwork as merchandise, covers, packaging or contents including but not limited to: books, pamphlets, booklets, cds, games, videogames, prints, posters, stickers, keychains, badges, folders, shirts, towels, figures, etc.

Indirect Profit refers to the use of the artwork as part of content that may or may not indirectly generate profit for the client. Examples include but are not limited to: social media branding such as profile pictures/icons, headers/banners, MVs, video thumbnails, content used in videos/streaming, stream overlays, emotes, etc.

Promotional/Advertising refers to use of the artwork for but not limited to: art used for promotional posts and/or celebrational purposes (such as anniversaries or countdowns) on blogs, websites, social media, ads, materials for online and/or offline events, etc.

Royalties are charged for profit gained through quantity based products including but not limited to: books, pamphlets, booklets, cds, games, videogames, prints, posters, stickers, keychains, badges, folders, shirts, towels, figures, etc. Full transparency regarding sales and the quantity of units being sold is required by the client.
